We have prepared this page, so you no longer need to create a help request and wait for our support specialist to send you the code. You can request to re-send your activation codes using the following form.

We highly recommended saving your email containing the code until you use our software, because our software does not store activation codes on your computer.

Don't know an email?

Try to search using your order number. You may find your order number in the installed and activated program (Help - About). In this case we send a code to a contact email for this order.

Didn't get a code?

Please check your spam or trash folder, it is possible the email containing your code landed there by accident.
